At Cloud by Metanow, we strive to provide high-quality WordPress hosting. This Refund Policy explains your rights under European Union law and our terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive)As an EU consumer, you normally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
However, since our hosting services are digital services that begin immediately upon activation, you will be asked during checkout to explicitly agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you do not agree, your service will only be provisioned after the withdrawal period ends.
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on hosting plans (Solo WP, Freelancer WP, Team WP, Business WP).
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request cancellation.
Refunds will normally be issued in the original payment method unless you agreed to accept account credits instead.
The following services are not refundable under EU law or our policy:
Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers
Dedicated IP addresses
SSL certificates and third-party add-ons (e.g., premium backups, staging tools)
One-time setup or migration services already completed
Service renewals after the initial period

Refunds (or credits, where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days, and always within 14 days as required by EU law.
In some cases, instead of a refund to the original payment method, you may choose to receive account credits to be used for future services.
This option is voluntary and must be confirmed by you.
